Welcome to FarmGHG. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FarmGHG website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

"Services" refers to the FarmGHG platform, website, and related services that allow users to track, calculate, and report greenhouse gas emissions.

Account Registration

Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it through our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

• Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL FARMGHG, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FarmGHG, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
